SPECIFICATIONS:-
Structure: RCC frame Structure
Flooring: 2'x2' Vitrified Tiles to all carpet area. Glazed tiles upto full height in toilets. Checkered tiles in parking area. Water proofing in terrace.
Kitchen: Granite platform with stainless steel sink. Glazed tiles up to lintel level.
Plumbing:Concealed CPVC/UPVC piping ISI fitings.
Mixer tap Facility for cold as well as hot water in all toilet.
Doors and Windows: Decorative main door. Door frames will be of "malaysian Wood" furnished with oil paint. Anodized aluminum windows. Water proof flush door.
Electrification: ISI copper wire concealed electric work with standard brand electric modular switches & accessories. AC point in bedrooms.
Paint: Standard brand paints on exterior walls. Putty finish with primer on interior walls. Water: Separate Borewell will be provide for each Bunglow
Terms & Conditions:
1. All rights regarding any addition/alteration/building plan and its specification are reserved with the Organizer and Architect
2. No changes will be allowed in exterior elevation.
3. Extra work shall be allowed with prior permission and at an extra cost.
4. Possession of the unit will be given only on receipt of full payment. No religious rituals will be allowed in case of incomplete payment.
5. Additional documentation charges such as Stamp Duty Maintenance Deposit, Registration Fees, all Legal Documents Municipal Drainage Connection, Municipal Expenses, Any charges
from Local Authorities and other expenditures are to be bome by the members.
6. In case of cancellation of booking amount will be forfeited (ie. 10% of the Unit Value).
7. Furniture and fixture shown in catalogue are only for indication of arrangement and are not to be provided.
8. The brochure shall not be treated as a part of the document and is for reference only.
